Instagram Growth Campaign scope of work

Phase 1: Social Media Growth

Kick off the project by conducting a social media audit of your client’s existing platforms. This step is key to understanding what their current performance and activity is like so you can identify any challenges and opportunities. Our template recommends charging for one report but this can be adjusted depending on the number of social media platforms you want to include as part of the audit.

This phase is also the time to build monthly social media calendars and create content based on content opportunities identified during the audit. Consider teaming up with a graphic designer who can create social media assets to be used across the client’s platforms.

Phase 2: Basic Growth

For the next phase, you’ll want to tap the expertise of your graphic designer again. The designer will be in charge of creating branding style guides for the client to follow when they develop their content in the future.

If your partnership with the graphic designer goes well for this project, you might want to consider teaming up with them for future projects, especially if you plan to take your business from solo to studio.

Phase 3: Web Refresh

With Instagram growth (hopefully) comes an increase in website traffic. In order to prepare for the influx of users on your client’s website, this project should also include a web refresh. Audit the client's existing website to identify which resources are already available and which need to be created.

Our scope of work template recommends charging for one audit up to 20 pages. But be sure to increase the price if the website has more than 20 pages.

Phase 4: Content Creation

What’s an Instagram growth campaign without some content creation? After all, your client needs plenty of content to promote on social media once the campaign concludes.

Consider partnering with an editorial writer for this phase. The writer will be in charge of writing articles that are based on the topics outlined in the editorial calendar and can be distributed on social media to encourage engagement. Each article should be priced individually, according to our scope of work template.
