Cancellation by Client: If the client elects to cancel the contract prior to the completion of the agreed-upon services, reserves the right to retain a non-refundable cancellation fee equivalent to [X]% of the total contract value. Neither Party shall be liable for any damages beyond the amount paid under this SOW, regardless of the legal basis (including breach of contract, tort, strict liability, or infringement). Neither nor the Client shall be responsible for consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or savings due to data loss, software issues, or other causes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or if any warranty fails to meet its essential purpose.

After delivers an initial version of any asset or deliverable to the Client, the Client has [three] days to provide feedback. will then produce a revised version incorporating the feedback.
